Terms Of Purchase
When purchasing an animal from us, we want to make sure you feel satisfied with your purchase from start to finish. On our end, we will represent the animals exactly as they are, with as accurate a weight and age as possible. We will also provide you with pictures of the exact animal that you are buying, no stock pictures here. Shipping will be determined on a case by case basis based on package weight and location.
All animals are guaranteed to be accurately represented. Individual photos of each animal will be posted when possible in order to ensure that what you see online is the animal you receive. Live arrival, satisfaction, and 72-hour health guarantees are standard on all sales (except amphibians) provided shipping temperatures on your end are between 40 and 90 degrees. Any animals arriving DOA (which, luckily, we do NOT have many, but these things DO happen) need to be reported and photographs emailed within 4 hours of shipment receipt. Any potential problems noticed with your purchased specimen(s) should be reported immediately following shipment receipt in order to receive credit or replacement. Amphibian sales come with a live arrival guarantee only. Not responsible for carrier mishandling. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Live Animal Guarantee
We guarantee a live arrival for all animals, as long as there is no carrier error, AND you are home to receive the animals. We ship Monday through Wednesday only, and unless you are in a very rural area, your geckos will arrive by 10:30am. However, we strongly recommend that you use early arrival shipping on your animals. If you do, we will split the difference between regular AM and early arrival shipping 50/50 with you. You must also contact us as soon as possible after arrival to let us know that your animal has arrived safely and alive. We provide you with a 15-minute window to receive the animal, open the package, and verify its health. This guarantee is not applicable for international shipping.
We understand that sometimes you see that one animal that just clicks with you when your finances are not in line to purchase the animal you want. We will hold animals for you with a deposit and payment plan that both of us agree upon IN WRITING. Most often we require a minimum 20% monthly payment, with a minimum 20% down payment. If there is bad weather conditions or scheduling problem that prevents shipping, we will hold your animals for you until shipping is possible. There is no fee for holding a gecko, we’ll feed it for you until it’s paid up.
We will provide you with full care and support for the life of the animals you purchase from us. If you need any assistance or have any care questions we are always more than happy to help.
Our preferred method of payment for your animals or diet is the use of PayPal, though we will also accept money orders, and possibly checks on a case by case basis. Note that checks must clear before we will ship, no exceptions.
Due to variables out of our control we can guarantee live arrival to our exporters only. Unfortunately orders that shipped internationally are at the buyer’s risk.
All show sales are final, and come with a 24-hour guarantee. You have picked out and inspected your animal personally, and decided to make a purchase based on the overall apparent health of the specimen(s) you have picked out. We will not be responsible for overheated animals left in your car.
