Originally known as the mossy giant Gecko, Geckos from the Isle of Nuu Ami have fuzzy edge white to peach colored blotches over a mossy green background. Many older animals of this locality can display yellow and black dalmatian like spots.
Frequently very old specimens will also have purple or red markings. Some, but not all specimens have irregular W shaped blotches in the center of their backs. Nuu Ami is very popular with keepers do to its smaller size and gentle nature.
