A true large GT gecko, Dumbea animals were collected in the late eighties by Willi Henkel. They come from an area near Mt. Koghis but not on the mountain itself.
This is a big form with a long tail and snout, a dark brown background color, and a prominent white pattern on the
sides and females on the back too. Also Very rare in captivity at this time. One animal was crossed with another GT form and produced a melanistic, but we have yet to have any melanistic offspring from the pure line.
